Spring and Summer (1 September through to 31 May)

  • Standard Nightly Rate for BeachHouse: $190.00 per night
  •  Standard Rate for Minimum 2 Nights for Beach House: $165.00 per night

Autumn and Winter (1 June through to 31 August)

  • Standard Nightly Rate for BeachHouse: $180.00 per night
  •  Standard Rate for Minimum 2 Nights for Beach House: $150.00 per night

The rates above are based on exclusive use of the Beachhouse, with a maximum of 4 guests. 

With prior notice, the Beach House can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (please contact Kylie on 0425 896 173 as additional charges for bedding will apply).

Please note that Brisbane Bay Beach House is situated in a residential area and is very suitable for families and/or adults that wish to enjoy the beautiful and relaxing environment on offer. 

We respectfully advise that Brisbane Bay Beach House is not suitable for those who anticipate wild parties nor for those who expect to make excessive noise after 9.30pm.

BBBH Conditions:

We ask for a 25% deposit together with current credit card details to confirm the booking with the balance to be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to check in.

We respectfully advise there are no refunds given, therefore before you make a booking please be certain of your dates and length of stay.

As Beach House owners, we block out your dates upon receiving your booking and therefore must turn away all other inquiries for those dates. However, if you do need to cancel, we can offer you a credit to use (providing dates are available) for future use of the Beach House for upto a period of 1 year after the cancellation date at not additional cost, as long as you cancel at least 21 days before your original arrival date.  All cancellations within 20 days of arrival, for any reason, will forfeit all deposits and payments.
